The Chase Care Home is a compassionate and dedicated team of healthcare professionals who bring a family-oriented approach to care. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents within our 24-bed residence. Our focus on training and development ensures that we consistently improve the care we provide, and our ongoing assessments of services help us maintain high standards. We are also proud members of the Care Home Association.

Our care home features 17 single rooms and 5 shared rooms, 22 of which are all equipped with en-suite facilities. We have carefully designed our environment to ensure that residents can continue enjoying life in a way that feels familiar and comfortable. Our expansive garden, overlooking beautiful green spaces, offers residents the perfect spot for gardening or simply spending time outdoors.

Our dedicated team organizes regular activities for our residents, ranging from cooking and knitting to yoga, art, and enjoyable day trips with staff. We take pride in delivering personalized, high-quality care that caters to the individual needs of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and supported every day.
